OUR PROCESS

How It Works

Starting mentorship shouldn't feel like a leap of faith. We've built a simple, step-by-step path so you always know what comes next and you never have to commit before you're ready.

Step 1: Free 15-Minute Interest Call

Every journey starts with a conversation. This first call is free, casual, and completely no-pressure. We'll get to know your teen and your family, hear what you're hoping to change, and walk you through exactly how mentorship works.

No prep, no commitment — just a chance to see if we're the right fit.

Step 2: Consultation Call + Custom Road Map

Once you know you'd like to go deeper, we sit down for a focused consultation with your teen — and you're welcome to join, too. Together, we dig into their strengths, their challenges, and their goals, and we build a personalized road map for the path ahead.

You won't walk away with vague advice. You'll receive a written road map, emailed straight to your family, that lays out exactly where we're headed and why.

Step 3: Two-Week Trial of Mentorship

Ready to see mentorship in action? Try it for two weeks. This trial period lets your teen experience the real thing — the connection, the structure, the momentum — so you can feel confident before committing to anything ongoing.

Test it out. See how it fits. Then decide.

Step 4 — Ongoing Mentorship

When your family is ready to continue, ongoing mentorship is where real, lasting change happens. Each month, your teen gets consistent support — and you stay in the loop every step of the way.

Each month includes:

  • 4 mentorship sessions — 45 minutes each, one-on-one with your teen

  • 4 parent check-ins — so you're always informed and involved

  • Weekly outcome measures — to track real, visible progress
